Terms of service

GENERAL

  • I reserve the right to decline any project that I feel is outside my skill set, unethical, or violates copyright or trademark laws.

  • All communication and transactions must remain professional. Abusive behavior, harassment, or disrespect may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Files and correspondence are to be kept private and may not be shared publicly without consent (excluding the final artwork, if used publicly by the client).

  • You are responsible for ensuring that any references or descriptions provided do not infringe on third-party rights.

  • No VAT identification due to application of the small business regulation according to Section (Article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code)

PAYMENTS

  • Full payment (on Vgen) or at least 50% of the commission price is required upfront to secure your slot.

  • All payments must be made through Paypal or VGen only. Outside payments are not accepted. This ensures secure transactions, proper order tracking, and protection for both client and artist.

  • Prices may vary depending on character complexity, style, or added add-ons.

  • Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees or international transaction charges from their end.

  • I do not control exchange rates or additional fees applied by banks or payment platforms.

REVISIONS

  • Each commission includes up to 2 rounds of revisions during the sketch or base color phase/rendering.

  • Additional revisions or changes after the completed lineart or final stage will incur extra fees.

  • Major changes (e.g. full pose or design redrawing) after approval of the sketch will be treated as a new commission.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Unless a deadline is specified in the commission request, no fixed delivery date is guaranteed. I will aim to complete the artwork within 2–6 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.

  • Clients will be kept updated on the creation progress regualry and accordingly.

  • Final files will be delivered in high-resolution PNG format, with transparent and/or simple background options as requested (add-on).

USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • You receive personal use rights for the final artwork. You may post it online with proper credit and use it for icons, overlays, or profile visuals.

  • Commercial use (e.g. monetized content, prints or merchandise) requires a commercial license add-on.

  • Unless the client specifically requests otherwise in the commission request or form via Vgen, I may display the artwork in my portfolio or on social media for promotional purposes.

  • Sketches shared with the client, WIPs, and unused versions remain my intellectual property and may not be altered, resold, or reused without permission.

REFUNDS

  • No refunds will be issued once I’ve accepted your commission request and begun work.

  • I reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund if I am unable to complete the commission due to personal or technical reasons.
